"We have used Banfield vet but no more tired of the problems and miss diagnosis our little girl a Shih Tzu named chewy was recently diagnosed the have low platelet counts with the first draw they took they said they had problems getting it and wasn't sure of the outcome, but still diagnosed her with auto immune disease they put her on medicine we took her back two more times the second time her blood count went up to 78 the third time it was down to 11 they suggested we take her to UGA which would've cost around four grand our daughter worked for Dr Hekking Previously and she will not use any other doctor. We have seen him a couple times, so we took her to see him and have a second opinion He done bloodwork but also done a Smear to make sure the blood work right? something Banfield never did Her blood platelet count was 158 which is normal. This was done two days after seeing Banfield vet Their incompetence is unbelievable for obvious reasons we will be going to East Paulding vet hospital, and chewy will be seeing Doctor Hekking From now on the extra drive is nothing when it comes to chewy's well-being"
